Emergency Leak Detection & Response

Active flooding. Main line failure. No water to the house. We respond same day, any time.

๐Ÿšจ Emergency Situations
  • Active water flooding inside or outside
  • Main line failure with no house water
  • 200+ gallons per hour water loss
  • Cannot locate shut-off in emergency

What to Do While You Wait for Us

  1. Shut off the main water valve โ€” This is usually near the water heater, under the kitchen sink, or in the basement/crawlspace. Turning it off stops active flooding immediately.
  2. Don't use electrical fixtures near water โ€” If water is near outlets, the breaker panel, or electrical equipment, turn off the circuit breaker for that area before touching anything.
  3. Move valuables off the floor โ€” If water is rising, move documents, electronics, and irreplaceable items to higher ground while you wait for us.
  4. Document the damage โ€” Take photos and video before anything is moved or dried. Your insurance company will need this. We take additional documentation during our inspection.
  5. Don't cut into walls or floor yourself โ€” Well-intentioned exploratory access often makes the problem harder to trace. Wait for our equipment.

Our Emergency Response Process

You Call โ€” We Pick Up

Real dispatcher answers. Tell us what's happening. We triage over the phone and tell you what to do right now while we dispatch.

Priority Dispatch

Emergency calls jump the queue. We give you an honest ETA and call you when the technician is 30 minutes out.

Assess and Stabilize

First priority is stopping active water flow. We confirm the shutoff worked, assess visible damage, and prevent secondary damage while we set up detection.

Locate the Failure

Acoustic, thermal, or pressure testing depending on what type of emergency it is. We identify the exact failure before opening walls or floor.

Repair or Secure

We repair on the spot when possible. When a larger repair is needed (major line replacement), we secure the system to restore water service and schedule the full repair for first available morning.
