Acoustic Detection
Ground microphones and listening amplifiers pick up the sound of water escaping pressurized pipes — through concrete slabs, packed soil, and wall cavities — without contact with the pipe itself.
Thermal Imaging
Infrared cameras see moisture concentration behind walls and under floors through temperature differences. We see where the moisture is before a single piece of drywall comes down.
Pressure Testing
We isolate sections of your water system and measure pressure drop to confirm a leak exists and narrow its location. This eliminates guesswork before any excavation begins.
Tracer Gas
Non-toxic gas introduced into the line escapes at the failure point and rises to the surface, where our sensor detects it within inches. Ideal for deep underground lines.

Every technician holds the appropriate state contractor or plumbing license for the jurisdiction where they work. No unlicensed work, no exceptions.
Fully Insured
General liability and workers' compensation on every job. If your insurance company asks for documentation after a repair, we provide it in writing.
Equipment-Certified
We require hands-on certification with the detection equipment — acoustic amplifiers, thermal cameras, pressure gauges — not just watching a training video.
